The Behold II SGH-t939 Phone which powered by features a brilliant 3.2 inches TFT LCD AMOLED capactive touch screen with 320×480 pixel resolution , 16M colors , TouchWiz UI & accelerometer , a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7200A CPU processor , a 5 MegaPixel auto-focus camera with LED flash , included a 100MB internal storage , plus a 2GigaByte microSD card additional.
